Hi, I’m Samantha L. Cote — but Sam is perfectly fine too. I am a Personal Lines Account Manager with Batchelder Bros in Sanford, and I have been in the insurance industry since 2019. The moment I met everyone at Batchelder Bros., I knew I had found where I belonged.

What I love most about insurance is helping people actually understand their coverage and why it matters. Insurance can be confusing and sometimes overwhelming, and I enjoy helping clients feel more comfortable and confident about protecting what matters most to them. You could say helping people is my policy.

Before working in insurance, I studied psychology with a focus in behavior management. That background has helped me connect with people from all walks of life and approach every situation with patience, understanding, and compassion.

Outside of work, I am a busy mom who spends most of my time running between family activities, making memories with my kids, trying new recipes, and enjoying the outdoors whenever I can. I love building real relationships with my clients and being someone they know they can call when they need help, have questions, or just want someone who will genuinely look out for them.
