Melinda Masewic

My Name is Melinda and I joined Batchelder Bros Insurance agency in October of 2020. I started here as a personal line representative and have enjoyed getting to know my insureds and assisting them with their exciting life changes like purchasing a brand-new vehicle or buying their first home, and in the more stressful times such as car accidents or claims for damage to their property. I am originally from New Hampshire and had just recently relocated to Maine when I heard through the grapevine that Batchelder Bros was hiring. After 5+ years working with personal lines I transitioned to the commercial lines department as an account manager. I’m thankful that I found a place to work that is truly like a family with lots of opportunities to learn and supportive environment to learn in.

When I’m not at work, my significant other (who I met while skydiving) and I take care of our many pets. I love all kinds of animals and find it so rewarding and fascinating to care for them. We have 2 Australian Shepherds, a Cockatoo, Conure and Cockatiel as well as bearded dragons, barn cats and the craziest flock of chickens you’ve probably ever seen.
