Jonel Thames Leake, CPCU, ASLI, AAI, CPIW, DAE, CLP-A, ACR

I am a long-term member of our commercial lines department. A self-professed forms geek, I am the go-to person on coverage questions. With 45 years of experience, I love the continuing challenge of helping our neighbors find the appropriate insurance for all their business needs.

I am a student of the industry, having earned numerous insurance designations — CPCU, ASLI, AAI, CPIW, DAE, CLP-A, and ACR. In addition, I am an active member of the International Association of Insurance Professionals, where I will serve as international president from 7/1/2026–2027. The leadership skills, education, and connections I have gained from my membership have been invaluable to our office.

I live in Kittery Point with my husband. In my spare time, you will find me kayaking, riding on a tandem bike, reading, or making sourdough bread for my husband and adult son.
