Ellen Shaw

My name is Ellen, I am the front-office receptionist and likely the first friendly voice you will hear when calling or visiting the office.  I have been in customer service for over 35 years, I have been at Batchelder Brothers for 2 ½ years.  I like meeting people and making sure every client feels valued.  I specialize in assisting clients with insurance related inquires and I provide vital support to the agents in the office.

I love animals, especially dogs.  I enjoy traveling with my husband, we have visited many interesting places.   I’m most happy relaxing on my favorite hammock at home or afar.
