Hi, I’m Caity!

I joined Batchelder Bros Insurance Agency in November 2025 as a Personal Lines Account Manager at our Ellis Insurance office in York, Maine.

I joined the insurance industry in 2020 after working in banking for several years. My background in banking taught me the importance of great customer service and building strong relationships, which led me to pursue my Property & Casualty license.

Today, I help clients understand their coverages and make sure they have the protection they need. I especially enjoy working with challenging risks that can be difficult to place. I love finding solutions and overcoming challenges for my clients.

The best part of my job is getting to know my clients and helping them through life’s milestones and changes. I believe insurance is about more than policies—it’s about protecting the people and things that matter most. I strive to provide the kind of service that makes clients feel comfortable reaching out whenever they need help or have questions.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me chasing after my 3-year-old daughter, who keeps my husband and I on our toes. When I have a little spare time, you’ll usually find me in my garden or caring for my ever-growing collection of plants.

Fun fact: I’m a total foodie and attend Super Bowl parties for the snacks more than the football!
